Madrid ships dozens of “Charity Bikes” to Peru from “Corporate Sustainable Events”
In small communities like Aldea del Niño Junípero in the Selva Alta of Peru, a bicycle can make a difference in a child’s education.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Since our first steps in 2006, economic, social and environmental responsibility have been part of the DNA of our company and its trademarks Uno+Uno Team ® The Team Building Co. and Uno Kids ® Play, Learn. Since January 2021, all our events are sustainable, which means that they are carbon neutral and that, depending on the chosen activity, they contribute to achieving one or more Sustainable Development Goals (2030 Agenda). Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy revolves around 3 axes:
NGO´s Special Program
We have developed a tailor-made and totally flexible partnership model that allows participating NGOs to receive funds from our corporate clients. The project designed by Uno+Uno Team has been running for more than 10 years with excellent feedback from both the NGOs with whom we regularly collaborate, as well as from our corporate clients. In summary, the program allows both national and international companies to achieve solidarity goals aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals through the teamwork of the participants (Sustainable Team Building Events).
Carbon Neutral Events
Since January 1, 2020 all our events are carbon neutral. First of all, we work every day to reduce our emissions as much as possible. The emissions that we cannot eliminate we compensate. We remove much more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit. As of September 1, 2023, we have planted 2,323 trees that offset 1,317.89 tCO2 in addition to the dozens of trees that the participants of our events have planted locally by hand, which is equivalent to 2.32 reforested hectares.
