Corporate Social Responsibility

Environmental Responsibility

Since January 1, 2021 all our events are carbon neutral. Firstly, we work every day to reduce our emissions as much as possible by implementing measures such as Paperless Events, which eliminate or reduce paper consumption at our events to marginal amounts. We offset the emissions that we cannot eliminate. We remove much more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit. As of June 21, 2023, we have planted 2,307 trees that offset 1,309.89 tCO2 in addition to the dozens of trees that participants in our events have planted by hand locally. Here you can see the impact of our tree planting program:

Economic Responsibility

Our events channel donations from clients to social projects of a very diverse nature developed by local and international NGOs. We have developed a tailored and totally flexible partnership model that allows participating NGOs to receive specific financing from our corporate clients (Special NGO Program - Explained at the bottom of the page). For example, La Bicicleta Solidaria is a sustainable project with a “Charity Rally” format that Uno+Uno Team © The Team Buiding Co. launched in 2012, through which corporations such as Google, Airbus or Caixabank have donated more than 34,000 € on new mountain bikes. “The extraordinary work of the human team of NGOs like Madre Coraje that are in charge of managing the donation and shipping of the bicycles is key. It is a pleasure to be able to transform the teamwork of many people into solidarity with such a special international project that connects people, companies and NGOs with a common goal.

Social Responsibility

People | Our human team integrates people with disabilities in positions of responsibility. We work every day to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in our human team and in the services we provide. Education for Sustainability | We have an educational line aimed at boys and girls in Primary Education: Uno Kids ® Play, Learn. We offer Education for Sustainability programs, indoor/outdoor workshops and summer camps based on learning through play and nature, with extraordinary ratings from the schools we have worked with to date (Kings College Rating 10. Assessment of the CAM Coordinator DAT Madrid East: 10). "Learn by playing to live with nature in a sustainable way, design-build-and-test, discover the laws of nature, develop your abilities and define your own values. Educational Activities for Schools and Home Learning (6-12 years). A better and more sustainable future for all"

Education for Sustainability

NGO´s Special Program

We have developed a tailor-made and totally flexible partnership model that allows participating NGOs to receive funds from our corporate clients. The project designed by Uno+Uno Team has been running for more than 10 years with excellent feedback from both the NGOs with whom we regularly collaborate, as well as from our corporate clients. In summary, the program allows both national and international companies to achieve solidarity goals aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals through the teamwork of the participants (Sustainable Team Building Events).

Carbon Neutral Events

Since January 1, 2020 all our events are carbon neutral. First of all, we work every day to reduce our emissions as much as possible. The emissions that we cannot eliminate we compensate. We remove much more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit. As of September 1, 2023, we have planted 2,323 trees that offset 1,317.89 tCO2 in addition to the dozens of trees that the participants of our events have planted locally by hand, which is equivalent to 2.32 reforested hectares. Here you can see the impact of our tree planting program:
