Social Impact| SDG 4 Quality Education
Live Aid Rock © CSR Project is a musical workshop and rock concert with measurable social impact created by Uno+Uno Team in 2024. Many children and young people face barriers to accessing music due to various factors, such as their socioeconomic situation, access to instruments, or disabilities. Live Aid Rock seeks to eliminate these barriers. Musical education enriches our society and opens opportunities, but it is not merely a means to an end: it is also an end in itself. It provides children and young people with the opportunity to express themselves, explore their creativity, strive for something, persevere, and shine. These experiences and achievements remain with them and shape their lives.
Through Live Aid Rock © CSR Project, dozens of children, young people, and people with functional diversity have received electric guitars and amplifiers within the framework of the non-profit entities they are users of. The donations have been made both locally in Spain and internationally in Peru. The non-profit entities that have received donations to date are: Fundación A LA PAR, Fundación APASCOVI, and Madre Coraje ONG.
Live Aid Rock ® CSR Project is a Sustainable and Carbon Neutral Event. Our team calculates and offsets the CO2 emissions derived from the event by planting trees through international NGOs. Min 15 - Max: 200
Duration

Key Elements
SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation, International Project Management, Planning, Time and Resource Management, Innovation, Teamwork.
Water Without Frontiers © is a team exercise, an interactive learning activity that confronts participants with scenarios and problems common to the realisation of any major project. Participants in The Water Route will have the opportunity to assess the consequences of their decisions in a context where the pressure caused by the fear of error does not exist. Parameters such as quality, costs, execution deadlines, and human resources will be key. The simulation provides participants with an opportunity to commit characteristic project management errors, analyse them, and resolve them.
The Water Route represents an old human dream, your great mission: The construction of a water channeling system that supplies the global population by sharing resources between donor and recipient countries. The Team Building begins with participants organised into different work teams representing different countries… a true organisational challenge for your team: time management, management of human, financial, and material resources, project management…
The Water Route is a metaphor comparable to the teamwork within a company, where different departments must coordinate so that their work is effective, overcoming individual and collective difficulties to achieve a joint final objective. Don’t miss out, ask us for more information and discover why The Water Route is undoubtedly one of our most complete formative Team Building activities with a large number of satisfied clients. A spectacular transoceanic channeling project awaits you!

Water Without Frontiers © CSR is a Sustainable Event because it contributes to achieving SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation by making donations to NGOs such as We Are Water Foundation and especially Pozos Sin Fronteras.
Imagine your life without water; it wouldn’t be life. Well, even though it’s hard to believe, in some communities, access to water means a tough and dangerous journey of several kilometers that decisively conditions the growth and prosperity of their inhabitants. At Pozos sin Fronteras and Uno+Uno Team, we want water to be available to everyone. Pozos sin Fronteras builds wells in the most vulnerable and remote locations; trains neighbors in the responsible and sustainable use of water resources; raises awareness about the importance of hygiene; encourages local communities to grow in self-esteem and management capacity, providing keys for development as a community with agricultural resources. And, hand-in-hand with all this, the human team at Pozos sin Fronteras involves women in their communities in an empowerment process as administrators of the goods.

Client feedback on the event
CaixaBank Tech | Satisfacción del Cliente: 10
“The activity was a 10 out of 10. Both the hands-on work, the coordination between countries, and the activities themselves posed a challenge that I believe truly set it apart from other experiences I’ve had in the past. I found it very dynamic, and it helped break the ice with some colleagues I’d never have the chance to meet in day-to-day life. Spectacular!” Number of participants: 130. Funds raised for the NGO Pozos sin Fronteras: 500€
Enagas Renovable | Client Satisfaction: 10
“It was a pleasure to finally work with you and meet the team in person. Everything went wonderfully; the client was very happy, and we were even more so. We loved the concept, the organisation, and, of course, the purpose of the activity. Thank you very much for everything and for the effort you put into carrying it out. Thank you also for the quick turnaround in sending the photos and the donation certificate. Thank you very much!” (Agency: BioEvents). Number of participants: 40.

It was a great day where we worked together, learned many things as a team, and received an important boost as a company to finish the year with strength and inspiration. I can tell you that the feedback from all my colleagues has been extremely positive regarding the activity, the way it was managed, the content, and the social impact. The venue and the weather also helped immensely to ensure we could share a wonderful day. Thank you very much for everything and for helping us live a great experience.
¿What does Pozos sin Fronteras say about the event?
Pozos sin Fronteras NGO | Satisfaction of our Partner: 10
“As President of Pozos sin Fronteras, I participated as a speaker in ‘Water Without Frontiers’ event. I was deeply impressed by the flawless organisation, the creativity of the initiative, and the focus on teamwork. It was a true pleasure to share this experience with Alfa Laval and Uno+Uno Team, and I am grateful to you for letting us be the hands of your solidary heart. Thanks to the drops of water we all contribute, we are achieving great progress. To us in the West, from our position of abundance, these contributions might seem insignificant; however, when implemented in the countries and communities where we work, they have a massive impact on health and quality of life. We are very grateful for your contributions. With each passing day, we are closer to the moment we drill the ‘Solidarity Water Route’ well at a school in Houet (Burkina Faso)—the result of the teamwork and solidarity of all participants and their organizations. Warm regards.” Fco. Javier San Emeterio Bravo, President of Pozos sin Fronteras NGO.

Innovation: Tools and Megatrends 2025
Innovation has become an inescapable necessity for any company wishing to survive and thrive in today’s market, due to intense competition and a changing environment. The main reasons are:
- Survival and Competitive Positioning: Companies that do not innovate risk disappearing. Those with a more innovative character achieve larger market shares, obtain better economic results, and a strong competitive position.
- Adaptation to Change: Innovation allows companies to equip themselves with the necessary resources and capabilities to face a dynamic environment, seize new opportunities, and adapt to changes in consumer needs, technology, and competition.
- Value and Profit Generation: Innovation is the process of converting ideas into new or improved products or services that deliver performance to the market and profits to the company. For a process to be considered innovative and endure over time, it must generate positive results in present or future profits.
- Continuous Improvement: Innovation is not just the creation of a brilliant idea; it includes all phases from design and evaluation to implementation. It is a continuous process that seeks progressive improvement, cutting costs and increasing productivity.
- Systematization and Risk Reduction: Although success is not guaranteed, there are methodological tools that help address the risk of innovation, offering alternatives to overcome it and systematize the process.
Innovation is a profitable investment. Review the main crucial topics and ideas on innovation management tools, the definition and types of innovation, the conditions for innovating, and the megatrends shaping the innovation landscape in 2025, with a particular focus on SMEs, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and sustainability.

Rather than traditional teaching, the dynamic focuses on guiding participants through their learning process using collective intelligence, promoting the development of soft skills and critical thinking.
This activity is carried out through the creation of a collaborative mural, where participants work together to build a graphical representation of climate and its complexities. The mural consists of various cards representing different aspects of climate change—from its causes and effects to potential solutions. Using a participatory and gamified approach, the Climate Fresk provides teams with a deep and enriching experience, fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and collective business action toward sustainability.
