Team up in the Air is an exciting team competition on board of hot air balloons! The event combines decision-making, leadership, communication and problem solving skills with a breath-taking balloon flight. During the event, participants tackle all sort of challenges before, during and after the flight with the help of a professional pilot. We can organize the Team up in the Air in various destinations throughout Spain for groups from 10 to 150 people, adapting the program to the specific needs of your event.

The activity can start the night before at the hotel, with a brief explanation of the team event. As an inspirational element, we can show a film projection of any of the Balloon Professional Expeditions undertaken by the team to the Amazon the Sahara, the Artic…

The event will make a start by distributing participants into different teams of 4-8 pax each (subject to change). Every team will be provided with their own hot air balloon, telecommunications equipment, a 4-wheel drive car, a professional pilot, a driver and additional equipment. Piloting a balloon takes skill, but the controls are actually very simple. To lift the balloon, the pilot moves a control that opens up the propane valve.

This lever works just like the knobs on a gas grill or stove: As you turn it, the flow of gas increases, so the flame grows in size. The pilot can increase the vertical speed by blasting a larger flame to heat the air more. Team up in the Air combines effective teamwork with the emotions, relaxation and deep pleasure of a memorable hot air balloon flight with breath-taking views…

Our Treasure Hunt “En Busca del Tesoro” is one of our five star events suitable for almost any setting. It can be run as an urban treasure hunt in your preferred destination or alternatively in the countryside. Participants navigate their way in the pursuit of a treasure in teams and equipped with GPS and Walkie-Talkie handsets. En Busca del Tesoro is a fun, intelligent, challenging and interactive Team Building Event involving orientation, communication, information sharing, problem solving, planning and… a sharp sense of humour! An outstanding Outdoor Training run by Sailing & Coaching professionals combining the lure of sailing with the learning power of the outdoors. – Minimum/Maximum number of participants: 10-21 – Destinations: Catalonia, Valencia, Murcia, Andalusia and the Basque Country. – Sailing experience: Not necessary – Duration: Half a day

The Sailing In this outdoor training your team will learn the basics of sailing. Unless otherwise advised, all terms will be defined assuming you are all complete newcomers to the sport. Sailing is easy, but becoming truly expert can take years. There’s always something more to learn…once you catch the sailing bug you’ll want to learn it all! The Director of Sailing will brief all teams on the Basic Principles of Sailing Yachts: Sailing Downwind, Sailing Upwind, Reaching – Sailing across the Wind, Stopping… Once these principles are mastered, you will have the basic knowledge required to sail off, turn round and return. Sailing is an active sport and racing particularly does require a certain level of fitness and mobility for each of the crew to move around the boat and to pull ropes. Lifejackets will be provided, but you need to come prepared to be outside for a couple of hours. Soft-soled shoes, or boots that will give you adequate grip whilst not marking the decks are essential. Lots of warm layers are better than thick layers as you’ll get hot at times. Waterproofs are essential.

The Coaching The Director of Coaching will enable participants to up skill teamwork and leadership abilities. An excellent approach to the workplace where analogies will be established in order to facilitate the change and revitalization of key areas such as leadership, decision making, distribution of roles, relationships, or ability to adapt to change.

Features of the Race Racing teams: 7 crew members per cruise plus a qualified skipper. Cruises: For the competition to be as balanced as possible, all cruises (2 or 3) will be 12 meters long and the same model. The committee boat: This boat will decide who the winner is. The boat will remain anchored during the race the race at the finish line. The lifeboat: There will be a lifeboat that can be also used for the photo/video reportage. Working breakfast and lunch on the terrace of the local RCN (Royal Nautic Club). Optional services: Customised polo shirts and hats for the racing teams. Customised side flags for all yachts.

The event starts with a professional bartender exhibition, making everybody get into the groove. We can also arrange a flair-bartender intro show. Sand Sculpting is a creative team building event especially suited to take place during the summer months and the beginning of autumn when the sun is at its most pleasant temperature and the beaches, being almost deserted, are a fantastic setting for the event. During the proposed sand sculpture event, a joint team effort will give the result of a genuine work of art that will astound all the participants.

Divided into groups, the participants will sculpt various sand castles (all types of sculptures) under the attentive tutelage of our Sand Artists, which will guarantee you a spectacular sculpture that no-one would have ever thought possible.

The Robert Meredith BelbinRoles’ Theory® describes the “specialist” as a necessary part, but not enough acting alone, at the heart of any team. In Sand Sculptures, the teams should integrate a new person into their team, our Sand Artist who will take on the role as the specialist within the team. From then on the participants will have the opportunity to optimize their teams’ performance; designing, creating and finally presenting their particular work of art.

Sand Sculpting as an event holds a number of surprises by using classic team building exercises and elements of teamwork that will give the participants the energy to develop the event, cool-down and perform the presentation as a clearly singular team challenge.

The winning team of the Sand Sculpting event will be the creators of the winning sculpture which shall be elected by the Artists, taking into account the creativity, the technical skills used and of course the final result; but the teams collectively will have in return the vision of a singular landscape of beach sculptures: a city of castles in the sand, a zoo with different animals, a replica of the HQ of their company or even its logo, caricatures of the management staff…. An event in the style of Game of Thrones. Medieval themed role-play fiction in which participants allied in dynasties will try to assault the throne of an impressive castle. From the very start participants are immersed in the Middle Age where success will depend on how teams follow traditional costumes and tackle Medieval Challenges. Participants formed into teams will try to conquer the castle and pay tribute to the Queen. The final mission will be to take over the watchtower, where the King keeps the booty gathered year-on-year by dubious means. Before making it to the watchtower some tough difficulties must be tackled.

It will not be easy either to escape from the dungeons or to defeat the Templar Knights using medieval weapons…

And after a crusade like this it’s mandatory an old fashion banquet in the castle plenty of food and beverage. The banquet will be hosted by the King and Queen who will be honoured to invite all participants as their most welcomed guests. Medieval Adventure… ¡A truly unforgettable event!
